Bangladesh Public Service Commission:
The Bangladesh Public Service Commission is a constitutional body empowered to select suitable and qualified persons for appointment to the service of the Republic.
The organization, like its counterparts in various countries, is playing an important national role in improving the human resource planning of the republic as well as ensuring neutrality in public administration management.
Through a nationwide competitive examination, the Bangladesh Public Service Commission selects individuals who are eligible for employment in the Republic.
Matters relating to the constitutional obligation to select government officials and employees, as well as the qualifications for the work of the Commission Republic and the procedure for its appointment; Principles to be followed regarding recruitment in the service of the Republic, promotion and transfer from one branch of the said job to another branch and determination of suitability of candidates for similar appointment, promotion or transfer; Such matters as affecting the working conditions of the Republic, including the right to retirement benefits; And advises the President (where applicable) on disciplinary matters relating to the actions of the Republic.

BPSC Non Cadre Online Application
Eligible and Interested Candidates can apply through the Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence Non Cadre Online Application Website- bpsc.teletalk.com.bd/ncad.
Form Fill Up Instructions:
- Visit- bpsc.teletalk.com.bd
- Application Form (Click here to apply online)
- Post Name (Select your Desired one and Click Next Button)
- Fill up the application form (Personal, Address, Education and Other Information)
- Type the Captcha code and Click Next Button
- Upload your photo and signature [Photo must be 300 X 300 pixel (width X height) and file size not more than 100 KB and Signature must be 300 X 80 pixel (width X height) and file size not more than 60 KB. Colour Photo is a must]
- Submit your Application.
After Successfully Submitting your online application form you will get a user id and an applicant copy with your photo and signature. Download the Application form and print it.
Payment Instruction:
After completing your online application form, you need to pay the application fees.
Payment Amount is- 500 TK. Pay the Application fees using a Teletalk Prepaid SIM with the following SMS Format.
First SMS:
BPSC<space> USER ID and Send SMS to 16222
Example: BPSC NCRPQBCR send send it to 16222.
Reply: Applicant’s Name. Taka 500 will be charged as bpsc online application fees. Your PIN Is 12378975. To Pay Fee Type BPSC <space> YES <space> PIN and Send to 16222.
Second SMS:
BPSC <space> YES <space> PIN and Send SMS to 16222.
Example: BPSC YES 12378975 and Send to 16222.
Reply Congratulations. Applicant’s Name, Payment Complete Successfully for BPSC. Application for post ** USER ID (NCRPQBCR) and Password (*).
N.B: Please preserve the User ID & Password. You will need User ID & Password to download the Fire Serivce FSCD Admit card.
BPSC Non Cadre Admit Card Download:
The BPSC NON Cadre Authority has already published the admit card download notice on the official website of BPSC and the daily newspaper. After completing the payment, the candidate can download the BPSC Admit Card.
How to Download the Admit card:
- Visit- bpsc.teletalk.com.bd/ncad
- Click Admit Card button.
- Type your USER ID and PASSWORD.
- Download the Admit Card.
Note: You must complete the Online Application and Payment to be able to download the admit card, Otherwise you will not be able to get the admit card and you will get an invalid login error.
Seat Plan
After downloading the admit card, you will get your registration Number. With that registration number you will be able to see your seat plan of BPSC Assistant Teacher Exam.
The BPSC Non Cadre High School Assistant Teacher Seat Plan (Non Cadre) will be published before 1-2 weeks of the exam.
