NU Preliminary To Masters Admission Result 2020: National University just announced the 2nd release slip merit list for preliminary to masters (regular) admission 2018-2019 in nu.ac.bd/admissions and app1.nu.edu.bd.
The last and final merit list for preliminary to masters second release slip will publish on 20 December 2020. Candidates can check the release slip result on the Official Website of National University.
Preliminary to masters final Admission form will available from 20 December 2020 and will continue on 27 December 2020. They need to fill up the admission form online and then submit it to the college to get admission.
The Online Application for Preliminary to Masters second release slip will start from 12 December 2020 and will end on 17 December 2020.
Before that, the first release slip was ended 28 November 2020.
The admission result for primary application was published on 29 October 2020. The candidates can search their results from the national university’s official admission website- app1.nu.edu.bd.
They can also check their result by SMS.
The Online Application for Preliminary to Masters was ended on 8 March 2020. National University Authority was able to publish the 1st merit list.
But the Second Merit List and Release Slip Application were not able to continue Because of the COVID-19 Corona Situation. The admission result has been delayed.
Only Eligible and Qualified Candidates can get a chance to study for their respective courses. The Final Admission for Preliminary to Masters will hold soon.

NU Masters Part-1 to Masters Final Admission
National University is inviting application for National University Affiliated Colleges masters part-1 to masters final year post-graduate admission.
Every Applicant must fulfill the admission requirements as prescribed by National University. The minimum requirement, qualification, and eligibility are as follows:
Qualification and Eligibility:
- Completed Masters Part-1 or Masters Preliminary from the National University with a CGPA of 2.25.
- Passing Year is (2014-2018).
Ineligibility:
- If you are already Enrolled/Registered in Preliminary to Masters Admission.
- Completed Masters Final Year before.
- Not Pass/Completed the previous course yet.
National University Preliminary to Masters Subject List:
National University offers a total of five programs to apply for the Preliminary to Masters Admission. These five programs are masters of Arts (MA), Master of Social Science (MSS), Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Business Studies (MBS), Master of Music (M. Music).

Eligible candidates can apply through the National University-NU Admission Official Website- nu.ac.bd/admissions or admission.nu.edu.bd and go to the master’s tab within app1.nu.edu.bd.
For Preliminary to Masters, First of All, Applicants need to fill up the online admission form and then submit the admission form to the college.
N.U. Preliminary To Masters form fills up Instruction:
Step 1: Admission Form
- Visit- nu. edu.bd/admissions or app1.nu.edu.bd or admissions.nu.edu.bd
- Go to masters tab – Apply Now (Preliminary to Masters)
Step 2: Information
After going to that link, Select your completed course and input your
- Roll Number
- Registration Number
- Passing Year and Click Next
Step 3: Change Gender and Date of Birth
You will see all your information with a dummy date of birth.
- Change Date of Birth (As per S.S.C. Certificate)
- Change Gender and Click Next
Step 4: College and Subject Choice
You have to choose the college you want to apply for nu masters preliminary admission on this page.
- Select Division, District and select the desired college
- Choose the course by your preference list.
- You should choose the first preferred subject in the first position.
Step 5: Quota
There is a total of Four Quota Available for the National University Degree to Masters Admission.
- Freedom Fighters Child
- Ethnic Minority
- Handicapped
- Dependent Quota
Select yes, if you have any quota available. Otherwise, select No and click Next.
Step 6: Photo Upload and Contact Information
You must upload a recent color photo to complete your form. Otherwise, your application will be rejected by the N.U. Authority.
Photo Instruction:
- Photo Size – 120×150 Pixels
- Image Type: JPG
- Maximum File Size- 50 K.B.
After uploading the photo, Type You Active Mobile Number and E-mail Address and Click Next
Step 7: Finalizing the Form
After completing all these steps, review/check all your information and submit the Application. You will get an admission roll and P.I.N. Download the Application form and Print it on A4 Paper.
Step 8: Submit the form to the Applied College
After Successfully Completing your online admission form, you have to submit the application form within 21 March 2018 along with:
- A Print Copy or photocopy of your Graduation Transcript/Marksheet.
- Application Fees- 300 TK
NU Preliminary To Masters Admission Result:
The National University Admission Authority will publish the Admission Result on app1.nu.edu.bd. The Admission Result will consist of two merit lists and a release slip.
1st Merit List
National University has published the 1st merit list of Preliminary to Masters Admission. Now, The Candidates can fill up the final admission form from the admission website and submit the admission form to the colleges.
2nd Merit List and Subject Change result of 1st merit list
National University Preliminary to Masters 2nd merit list and subject change result of 1st merit list is published. Students can check their 2nd merit list result from 29 October 2020 from 4 P.M. by SMS and 9 P.M from the website.
The 2nd merit list’s Admission form can be filled up from 26 July 2018 to 1 August 2018. After filling up the online admission form, the students need to submit the documents to the college.
How to Get Result:
Students can know N.U. Preliminary To Masters Result by two methods. One is The NU Admission Website, and the other is Mobile Device SMS System.
NU Masters Preliminary Admission Result by Online:
- Visit- app1.nu.edu.bd or nu.ac.bd/admissions or admissions.nu.edu.bd
- Select the Master’s TAB. and go to the link Preliminary to Masters (Applicant Login)
- Input Your Admission Roll Number and PIN. Number.
- Click Log in Button.
After That, If An Applicants get a chance, you will congratulate SMS and an application form. If you don’t get any chance in the Second Merit List and Application, wait for the Release Slip.
NU Masters Preliminary Admission Result by SMS:
Go to your SMS and Type:
NU <space> ATMP <space> Admission Roll No and Send SMS to 16222
Example: NU ATMP 6105422 and Send SMS to 16222.
The merit list will be prepared based on the Masters Part-1 or Preliminary Result.

Release Slip:
N.U. Preliminary to Masters Second release Slip Application will start from 12 December 2020 to 17 December 2020. Applicants can apply from the national university admission website- app1.nu.edu.bd.
Eligibility for Release Slip:
- Not in the First and Second Merit List, Release Slip.
- Got a chance for admission and in a release slip but didn’t admit.
- Admission canceled of first or second merit list and first release slip.
How to Apply for N.U. Preliminary to Masters Release Slip Application:
- Visit- App1.nu.edu.bd
- Tap the Preliminary to Masters Applicants Login option.
- Input Admission Roll Number and P.I.N. Number and log in.
- Now, Upon Eligibility, Applicants will see the Release Slip Form.
- Click on Release Slip.
- Now, Select College from College Selection Choice according to the choice list.
- Applicants can select up to 3 Colleges.
- Now, Sumit the Application.
Note: Applicants don’t need to submit the Application of release slip to the College Authority.
Release Slip Result:
National University has published the 2nd release slip result on app1.nu.edu.bd. Students who have applied for a release slip can check the result.
Applicants who have got a chance in the release slip merit list will not get an opportunity to change subjects. They have to fill up the final admission form from admissions.nu.edu.bd and submit it to the college.
The Admission form for second release slip will start on 20 December 2020 and end on 27 December 2020.
Note: National University may not publish the second release slip, so we advise candidates to get admission in the given subjects.
