Education Qualification
- Post-graduate degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
- Minimum GPA 4.00 on a scale of 5.00 in SSC and HSC, and minimum CGPA 2.80 or above on a scale of 4.00 in Graduation or Post-graduation level.
However, either in Graduation or Post-graduation level, one CGPA should be 3.00 or above. In the traditional system of the academic result, the candidates should have minimum 3 (three) First Division/Class and no 3rd Division/Class
Age:
Age not over 30 years as on 30 November 2017, and maximum 32 years for the children of freedom fighters.
Experience:
Not Required.
Salary:
- The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 2 years with a monthly consolidated pay of Tk.35,000/- for the 1st year and Tk.40,000/- for the 2nd year.
- After successful completion of probationary period, he/she will be absorbed in the position of “Officer” in the Bank as per prevailing scale of pay.

Application Rules:
The selected candidates shall have to sign a Bond on non-judicial stamp valuing Tk.300/- to the effect that he/she shall serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of his/her probationary period with certain conditions.
